4. Intellectual Property

The Briefcase Daily name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Black and White Ventures LLC. News articles linked within our service remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. Our AI-generated summaries constitute transformative fair use of publicly available news content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, resell, or republish our digest content commercially without permission

6. Paid Subscriptions
